Contracting Parties
These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts between โSchinkenfuchsโ (hereinafter โProviderโ) and its customers.
Services
The Provider creates individual websites according to the customerโs specifications. Additionally, hosting and maintenance services can be booked for a monthly fee.
Prices and Payment
Website creation requires advance payment. Ongoing services (hosting, maintenance) are billed monthly. Payments are processed via the payment provider Stripe.
Delivery and Start of Services
The Provider will start implementing the agreed services upon receipt of the advance payment.
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Since these are individually tailored digital services, execution will only begin once the customer expressly agrees and waives the right of withdrawal.
Rights and Obligations
The Provider retains all copyrights to the created websites unless otherwise agreed. The customer receives simple usage rights for the agreed purpose and undertakes not to publish illegal content.
Liability
The Provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Final Provisions
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Linz. Changes to these GTC will be communicated to the customer; they shall be deemed accepted if the customer does not object within 14 days.
